Role & Key Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Distribution Director to expand our client sales efforts in continental Europe and Italy in particular. The core objective of the role will be to raise assets for our client’s well regarded Global Equity strategy from wholesales and institutional investors.

  • Building and maintaining a thorough and detailed understanding of all client’s products, prospectus and key information documents
  • Ensuring you maintain current and detailed knowledge of regulatory marketing rules and regulations
  • Representing client’s products in an accurate and carefully considered manner so investors can make decisions as to the suitability of the product for their clients or themselves
  • Building relationships with potential new investors, raising awareness and making the client’s products known in the market
  • Providing regular ongoing support, information and updates to existing investors
  • Providing a monthly report to the client detailing all activities and raising any issues for discussion or decision
  • Raising awareness of the client’s products by hosting events for existing and prospective investors
  • Assisting the client’s foreign base Sales team with general investor communications
  • Assisting investors with the account opening process
  • Providing support to the Investor Relations team
  • Answering investor email, letter and telephone queries

 

Experience; Min 5-years prior experience – Sales / Client Services Role, Financial Services

Knowledge; MS Office, Salesforce.

Qualifications; Bachelor’s Degree, MiFiD Certification required
