We are currently looking for a qualified Internal Auditor (m/f/d) to support our Internal Audit department. If you want to be part of our multidisciplinary team and are interested in this excellent opportunity, please apply for this role.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Chief Internal Auditor
  • Supporting the risk based preparation of the annual and mid-term audit plan
  • Responsible planning and execution of audits
  • Establishing and following-up of the department’s processes and procedures
  • Acting as contact person for the management and department heads for issues relating to internal audit and internal control system
  • Conducting an efficient follow-up of audits to check the proper implementation of the agreed measures and recommendations
  • Bachelor degree in business administration/ economics/ finance
  • At least 2 years of working experience as auditor, preferably within the financial sector
  • In-depth knowledge of audit techniques
  • A high sense of accuracy and the ability to structure, analyse and evaluate complex information and processes
  • Profound organisation and coordination skills
  • Ability to interact and negotiate with numerous stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent communication skills in English – both verbally and written – ; German and any other European language advantageous
  • Be part of a small, highly motivated team
  • Gain valuable insights into many areas of a bank
  • Establishment and further development of a risk-based internal control system
  • A high level of visibility within a large organisation on an upwards trajectory
