We are currently looking for qualified Process Management, Complaints and Outsourcing Officer (m/f/d) to support our team in Luxembourg. If you want to be part of our multidisciplinary team and are interested in this excellent opportunity, please apply for this role.

Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Bank's departments
    • - in the planning, implementation and review of strategic and organisational processes,
    • - in the implementation of outsourcing as a link to the Bank's Outsourcing Office,
    • - in the review of the Bank's rules and regulations as well as the processing of revision findings with reference to the organisational structure and processes.
  • Providing support in the maintenance of the Bank's organisational manual.
  • Support for the activities of the Outsourcing office of the EDB.
  • Supporting the management of customer complaints.
  • Bachelor degree in economics/ business administration or finance, completion of a banking apprenticeship is advantageous
  • 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of existing processes within a bank
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements with regards to outsourcing, organizational handbooks, complaints management, etc.
  • Strong analytical and decision- making skills as well as a structured way of working
  • Ability work successfully both autonomously and within teams
  • Ability to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English, French advantageous
  • A high level of visibility within a large organisation on an upwards trajectory
  • Be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that makes a genuine impact on revenue and sales pipeline
