Work Buddies

Starting a new job can be a daunting experience, some people feel nervous and a bit awkward, and even the most confident person needs to be shown the ropes! We want you to feel part of the team as soon as you start, which is why your manager will pair you with a work Buddy to support you in settling in, understanding our systems and processes and adjusting to your new role.

First impressions are important, we want you to feel supported from the day you start and your Buddy will help make your induction, whether virtual or in person, as smooth a transition as possible.
