We are currently looking for a (Junior) Officer Central Admin and Depositary Oversight to support our growing operations in the Manco department.

Job Specification

  • Conducting Initial and Ongoing Due Diligence on Central Administrator, Register and Transferagents as well as Depositaries
  • Coordination of Due Diligences conducted by external parties
  • Performing ongoing oversight on Central Administrations and Register- and Transferagencies incl. AML/KYC for investors
  • Performing onsite visits and process reviews on external service provider
  • Review and Preparing various reports internally and externally
  • Take care of operational tasks for TA related topics from Management Company point of view
  • Ensuring efficient working processes and contribution to various project

 

  • Academic background preferable in Accounting & Finance, Economics or comparable
  • Professional experience in the area of compliance, AML/KYC, depositary oversight, taxation or audit
  • Good Knowledge of financial assets and/or alternative investments
  • Strong Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Due Diligences and AML/KYC
  • Strong client and service orientation
  • Curiosity and desire for new challenges
  • Your style of working is characterized by diligence, accuracy and efficient time management
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are considered an asset
