Deborah Mitchell, Manager of Trusts and AML Services in our Cayman Islands office, has demonstrated exceptional dedication in supporting the canine population of the Cayman Islands. She has helped to rehome over 350 dogs and puppies to new owners in the US and Canada, as a volunteer with OneDog at a Time and, formerly, as Director of the Cayman Islands Humane Society.
Deborah works tirelessly to raise funds for the charity, including approaching businesses to support the construction of a sanctuary for those dogs who aren’t able to be adopted. She also campaigns to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering dogs, which poses a challenge in the Cayman Islands.
Deborah’s commitment to putting others, both human and canine, before herself is more than commendable and we celebrate her exceptional efforts to drive positive change.
