We are currently looking for a Transformation & Integration Officer to support our growing operations in the Support Center department.

Job Specification (Transformation & Integration)

  • Facilitate and promote change in line with the Target Operating Model
  • Live the customer journey, continuously look at how we operate and how this is experienced from a customer’s point of view
  • Find ways to disrupt the current processes to improve the overall objective from both Apex and the customers perspective
  • Understand and detail the interactions between various teams and business units while looking at the overall lifecycle of the services
  • Develop a narrative that communicates what we need to transform and use this to bring team members along on the journey from all levels of the organization
  • Drive the integration of existing business units with different processes into a consolidated harmonized approach
  • Support the acquisition and integration of new businesses into a potentially different operating model while finding the most effective solution for both the receiving and acquiring entity
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new clients
  • Act as an ambassador for Apex and the overall transformation journey with clients
  • Work with different managers and team members to take responsibility for change while ensuring they deliver results within the required timeframe and to the right standards
  • Experience working within transformation and/or Integration
  • Knowledge about the fund and legal structures environment in Luxembourg
  • Ability to multi-task, well organised and able to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Capacity to question and optimise existing processes
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with both business and technical departments
  • Good analytic and problem-solving skills, able to deliver pragmatic solutions
  • Team spirit and ability to work in a collaborative work environment
  • Fluent English (French, German or any other language would be considered as a plus)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree in accounting or Finance would be considered an asset
  • Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
