Elaine has over 17 years of experience in financial services. She spent 12 years in the Alternative Investment Services Sector and has joined Apex as part of the Deutsche Bank AFS acquisition. Elaine heads up the delivery of PE fund administration and product development for the Americas region.

Nicholas brings more than 25 years of experience as a financial services executive, with Managing Director titles at SS&C Technologies, Addepar and BlackRock. He holds extensive experience in financial technology as a member of the team that launched BlackRock’s Aladdin business and held several leadership roles during his tenure there. Nicholas will be driving the growth of Apex’s business development efforts through new partnerships, brand development, product strategy and regional expansions.

Previously, Manu joined Apex in 2008 and held positions at Apex Group in USA and currently as the Country Head of the Bermuda. His core focus is growth and development of the business in Bermuda.”

He is currently Apex’s Latin America Regional Managing Director and oversees Apex’s different businesses across that region, including the acquisitions made by Apex in Brazil. Seth D. Almansi has worked for over 25 years in the financial services industry. He began his career as a fixed income business manager at Deutsche Bank. Following that role, he worked at UBS Investment Bank and Citi in the role of Prime Brokerage Sales. Seth earned his Bachelor’s degree at Bates College and his Master’s Degree at The University of Chicago. Seth previously co-managed the North American Business Development team and is currently the Head of Client Relationship Management for Apex Group North America.

Jonathan has over 16 years of experience in the fund accounting industry, gaining knowledge and exposure through different administrators (BNYM, Citco & Apex) and a wide variety of clients including PE, RE, VC, Hedge Funds, Hybrids and Family Office. Jonathan joined Apex in 2018 as the head of the PE/RE team for the Charlotte office and now is the Managing Director for the entire office.
