Renaud is a senior financial services leader with deep expertise in the asset management industry, spanning both financial services and financial technology. Having joined Apex Group in 2019, he has held several executive roles within the Group, including Chief Revenue Officer, where he served on the Group Executive Committee. After spending four years in Bermuda, Renaud returned to Luxembourg in September 2025 to lead the continued growth of one of Apex Group’s key global locations. In his current role, he is responsible for driving the overall vision, strategy, growth, profitability, P&L and operational success of the Group across the whole region.

With a career spanning more than three decades, Pierre is a seasoned leader in the Luxembourg asset management and financial services space. He joined Apex Group in 2022 as part of the Sanne acquisition as Regional Head of Apex Group Luxembourg where he played a key role in strengthening the firm’s local presence and overseeing the continued growth of its Luxembourg operations. After a successful tenure as Regional Head, he was appointed Chairman in 2026. Pierre co founded Luxembourg Investment Solutions (now FundRock LIS S.A.), establishing it as a leading management company platform for alternative investments. Pierre has also held senior roles at top-tier firm including EY and UBS. He is an active member of several industry committees and holds a master’s degree in economics and a doctorate in finance.

Kavitha is a member of Apex’s senior and regional executive leadership teams, serving as Fundrock LIS CEO and Head of Luxembourg Third Party Manco business. With 30 years in financial services, she joined Apex after the Maitland acquisition in 2022, having previously held senior roles at Maitland where she established its Luxembourg third-party management company. Kavitha sits on the board of ALFI and several Luxembourg investment funds and group companies.

Loïc joined Apex Group in April 2026 as Chief Executive Officer of Apex Fund Services Luxembourg. He brings broad leadership experience across operations, client delivery, and governance within international financial services organisations. Prior to joining Apex Group, Loïc held senior positions at Aztec Group, J.P. Morgan, and HSBC. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale teams in complex international environments, with a focus on client service, operational scalability, and robust control frameworks. In his current role, he is focused on supporting the continued growth of the Luxembourg business.

David is an experienced international leader having held senior positions in asset management, global markets and financial services. He joined Apex Group in 2018 following the acquisition of Deutsche Bank Alternative Fund Services, where he had held senior leadership roles. Since joining the Group, David has served as Head of Financial Solutions, with responsibility for the group’s management company, banking, depositary, and custody activities. In 2025, David was appointed to the Executive Management Board of European Depositary Bank and relocated to Luxembourg to lead the group’s banking business. In his current role, he focuses on strengthening the banking offering across banking, treasury, custody and depositary services, as well as supporting the bank’s continued development in a changing regulatory and market environment.
