Sofia joined us in late 2025, bringing over more than 25 years of extensive experience in leading and developing teams, achieving business objectives, serving domestic and international clients and fostering growth. During her professional career, Sofia has worked in Portugal for one of the so-called Big-4 Consulting firms and for a Business Process Outsourcing professional firm, having significant experience with both SMEs and larger companies, with expertise in supporting Organisations investing in Portugal. Prior to joining us, Sofia also served as Chief Financial Officer in an audit firm in Portugal, where was responsible for all the procedures redesign and update in the internal financial area. Sofia holds a degree in Accounting, a master in Tax from ISCAL and a pos-graduation in Tax Management from ISEG Lisbon School. Certified Public Accountant since 1997, she has extensive experience with Portuguese accounting and tax compliance, under local GAAP, such as in the preparation of local statutory accounting based on management accounting under international GAAPs. She speaks Portuguese and English.

Dominik is our Regional Head Business Development for Continental Europe, marketing our management company, AIFM, administration, and depositary bank solutions. He has extensive client management experience built during roles at European Depositary Bank, Warburg Invest Luxembourg, and Alter Domus.
