Nikki Drew has had an impressive journey with us, moving through a number of roles to reach where she is now, leading the Wealth Administration team as Head of Operations in New Zealand.
She was nominated for her dedication to client satisfaction and her commitment to always go the extra mile to deliver the highest standards of excellence.
Nikki is praised for having provided secure and stable leadership for her team during a time of acquisition, ensuring she supported the integration and a smooth transition for those around her.
Beyond the workplace, Nikki goes above and beyond for her colleagues. During the Covid-19 lockdowns, Nikki sent ‘care packages’ of sweets to team members to give them a smile, let them know they weren’t on their own, and keep them motivated. She also delivered equipment to team members at home (while respecting social distancing guidelines) to make sure everyone had what they needed to get their jobs done with the minimum of difficulty.
It’s fair to say our New Zealand team wouldn’t be the same without Nikki’s outstanding contributions to the company culture and client satisfaction.
