Driven by unyielding innovation, the rate of change in the finance industry is setting a pace that surpasses anything we’ve seen before. How do we discern threats and opportunities? Whose insights should we adopt, and who is merely scaremongering?

To address these questions, we’re looking to great minds in the financial space, authors whose work captivates us and creates the clarity needed to drive positive change.

Presented in partnership with Global Custodian, the Financial Markets Book of the Year Prize will undergo careful curation of nominees, shortlisting, analysis, and debate among an esteemed group of judges comprising global leaders in finance.

The second Financial Markets Book of the Year Prize will be awarded in December 2026 during Abu Dhabi Finance Week 2026.

The winning author will receive $10,000, and Apex Group will purchase 200 copies of the winning book for distribution to its clients.
