Apex delivers a single-source solution to asset managers, capital markets and private clients via 40+ offices and 3,500 employees worldwide. The partnership with Triple Point further enhances this offering through the integration of its innovative registrar and transfer agency platform to better manage their liquidity through one integrated best-in-class platform.

The partnership will enable Apex clients to leverage secondary market experts and experience through Hedgebay Securities LLC (“Hedgebay”), a FINRA registered, agency only broker-dealer focusing on the transfer of private assets.  Hedgebay’s capabilities will work seamlessly with the Triple Point platform, offering alternative asset managers and their limited partners a leading asset support platform.

This partnership follows the recent announcement from the Group regarding the launch of its digital banking capabilities and further reinforces its ambition to lead the way in technology solutions and digital capabilities for its clients. Complementing its single-source solution Apex delivers the broadest range of technology platforms in the market; this latest partnership announcement demonstrates its ongoing global commitment to continuing to evolve and expand its capabilities.
