Apex Group Ltd ("Apex Group"), a global financial services provider with over $3.5 trillion in assets serviced, today announced the appointment of Kavitha Ramachandran as Chief Executive Officer of FundRock LIS (“FR LIS”) and Head of Third-Party Management Company Services in Luxembourg.

Building on her tenure as Regional Chief Operating Officer, Kavitha now leads FR LIS and coordinates Apex Group’s Management Company (ManCo) activities in Luxembourg, working closely with Etienne Rougier, Managing Director of FundRock Management Company (“FRMC”).

This leadership structure reflects a strengthened and clearly defined governance framework for Apex Group’s ManCo strategy in Luxembourg and supports the continued development of FundRock as a leading ManCo platform in the Grand Duchy.

Apex Group operates two ManCo entities in Luxembourg: FR LIS, focused on private assets and alternative strategies, and FRMC, focused on financial assets and liquid strategies. Together, FR LIS and FRMC represent the leading third-party ManCo offering in Luxembourg, with almost €210bn in combined assets under management as of March 31, 2026.

Renaud Oury, Regional Head of Apex Group Luxembourg, said:

“Kavitha’s appointment reflects our continued investment in Luxembourg and our longterm commitment to clients. Her proven track record in growing businesses and leading client relationships, alongside deep experience across operations covering fund services and third-party management companies, combined with the recognized leadership of Etienne, ensures continuity of service and reinforces the position of FundRock as one of the largest and most attractive third-party ManCo platforms in the Grand Duchy.”
Kavitha Ramachandran, CEO of FundRock LIS and Head of Luxembourg Third-Party Management Company Services, added:

“Our focus is on delivering seamless, integrated ManCo platforms for clients. Leveraging the expertise of FR LIS and FRMC strengthens our governance framework and enhances our ability to support a broad range of investment strategies. Luxembourg is and remains Apex Group’s largest hub worldwide. I am excited to work with Etienne and the FundRock teams to continuously enhance the client experience and offer new services to our customers.”

Kavitha is a member of Apex Group’s senior and regional executive leadership teams and brings 30 years of experience in financial services. She joined Apex Group in 2022 following the acquisition of Maitland, where she held senior roles and established its Luxembourg third-party management company. She also serves on the board of ALFI and several Luxembourg investment funds and group companies.
