Apex Group Ltd. ("Apex Group"), a global financial services provider with over $3.5 trillion in assets serviced, has supported BlueDot in the successful launch of its investment platform, providing management company (ManCo), fund administration and custody services.

BlueDot selected Apex Group for its global operating model, breadth of services and ability to support multiple fund structures across jurisdictions through an open architecture platform. The partnership delivers an integrated solution spanning governance, administration and custody, supporting BlueDot's long-term growth ambitions.

Benoit Brochart, Co-Founder and Co-Chief Investment Officer at BlueDot, said:

"As we prepared for launch, it was important to partner with an established global provider capable of supporting our structure today while remaining flexible as our business evolves. Apex Group distinguished itself through the breadth of its platform, the depth of its expertise and its ability to work seamlessly with the various stakeholders involved in bringing a new fund structure to market, including directors, regulators, legal advisers, auditors and counterparties.

The launch of our platform marks an important milestone for BlueDot. We are pleased to have partnered with Apex Group and believe the strength of its operating model and service offering provides a solid foundation to support our future growth."

Joris Groot, Head of Alternative & Institutional Sales, Europe at Apex Group, added:

"We are pleased to have supported BlueDot through the successful launch of its investment platform. Bringing a new fund structure to market requires close coordination across governance, regulatory and operational workstreams. By combining our ManCo, fund administration and custody capabilities, we have been able to provide BlueDot with an integrated solution that helps simplify complexity and allows the team to focus on executing its investment strategy and serving investors."

BlueDot was advised by Dillon Eustace LLC in Ireland and Schellenberg Wittmer in Switzerland throughout the ICAV authorisation and regulatory approval processes.
