Apex Jersey Board Appoints Non-Executive Director

Jersey, 26.09.19 – Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex”) is pleased to announce that Geoff Cook will join the Apex Jersey Board as a Non-Executive Director following regulatory approval from the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC).

Geoff has had a long and distinguished career in financial services and is a well-known and respected figure in the Jersey finance sector. Geoff served as Head of Wealth Management at HSBC for 17 years during which time he was responsible for the delivery of financial planning, trust and mortgage services. In 2007 he became Chief Executive of Jersey Finance, representing and promoting Jersey as an international financial centre of excellence.

Geoff’s experience and guidance will be invaluable to Apex Jersey as the group evolves its profile in the Channel Islands and continues to execute its growth strategy. His appointment reflects Apex’s commitment to Jersey as a jurisdiction and an opportunity to leverage Geoff’s in-depth understanding of the markets it operates in.
