Global, February 19 , 2020 — Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex”), global financial services provider, and Yardi®, industry leading investment and property management software company, today announced their collaboration to deliver a new global solution to Apex’s real estate clients. Yardi Voyager®, one of Yardi’s flagship products, is now available to all Apex real estate clients with either direct property investments or property investments via special purpose vehicles.
Yardi Voyager® was chosen for its robustness, ease-of-use and ability to serve a wide range of property investment types allowing Apex to better tailor its service to its real estate clients at a global level.
This collaboration enhances Apex ability to provide independent property level accounting and reporting to clients. Apex clients will also gain access to a variety of modules, including accounting records of income and expenses transaction, lease management, vendor management and the generation of automated rental and other service invoices. Yardi Voyager® will allow clients to complete a multitude of administrative tasks in a seamless manner through one system, streamlining everyday processes and allowing clients to spend more time generating value.
This is the latest in a series of new and strategic relationships forged by Apex over the past eighteen months as the Group solidifies its position as a market leading global financial services provider.
