Rebecca is an experienced independent professional director and ESG and sustainable investing advisor. She brings extensive global expertise across a wide range of fund structures and investment strategies spanning multiple jurisdictions, strengthening the management company services FundRock provides in the New Zealand market.

Rebecca has served as a Non-Executive Director on both the FundRock New Zealand and Apex Investment Administration boards, drawing on her international governance and fund oversight background. She will transition into the Managing Director role following a structured handover during March.
