Apex Hires Experienced Senior Counsel to Bolster European Team

Experienced Senior Counsel, Kieran Loughran, joins Apex Group as Head of Legal – Europe.

Loughran has extensive industry experience and joins Apex’s London office, he most recently ran his own consultancy and in his new role will report into Apex global head of acquisition integrations Christopher Mulhern and COO Anthony O’Driscoll.

Christopher Mulhern, Global Head of Acquisition Integrations at Apex said, “As we grow and acquire new businesses such as Deutsche Bank AFS and Warburg in Luxembourg, we are looking to bolster our expertise across all areas of the business. The legal function is integral to the success of these integrations and we are extremely pleased to be able to add Kieran’s depth of experience to our internal legal team. He will be an important part of Apex’s development in the European market.
