Apex Launches Australian Corporate Solutions Business

Follows announcement of local launches of Throgmorton brand in US, UAE, Switzerland, Jersey

Global, September 30, 2020 — Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex”) or (“the Group”), a global financial services provider, today announces the launch of corporate solutions in Australia via subsidiary Throgmorton. This is the fifth announcement in as many months regarding the global expansion of its corporate solutions business.

Apex has been executing a rapid expansion strategy for its corporate solutions offering in 2020; opening business services operations via the launch of Throgmorton, in the US and Jersey (Channel Islands), and unveiled a new a corporate services offering for clients across APAC in April followed by Switzerland and the UAE in July. The Group is now adding to its corporate solutions capabilities in Australia through the addition of local Throgmorton services in Sydney and Melbourne.

This latest launch adds the local provision of tax compliance, accounting, HR, payroll, and company secretarial services to Australian clients.

The addition of these services to its Australia operation enables the Group to deliver its single-source solution, covering the full value chain, to both new and existing clients. Apex’s longstanding global presence, teamed with its ever-expanding regional operation, enables the Group to penetrate new markets in the region as it diversifies both its offering and client base.

Throgmorton has over 20 years’ experience delivering accounting and business services across the UK and will leverage this expertise to enable Australia based firms to build capacity within their business operations to focus on strategically important initiatives.
