Our Executive Committee spans five countries while our global team of circa 13,000 employees is spread across 100 offices worldwide. Founder and CEO

Peter Hughes founded Apex Group in 2003 with a vision to create a business that could offer an end-to-end service to clients, delivered by local experts on a global scale. Through this vision, Apex Group has continually disrupted the asset serving industry by evolving its capabilities and delivering a unique single-source solution to asset managers, allocators, family offices and financial institutions which supports the entire value chain across the financial services ecosystem. The Group harnesses leading innovative and transformative technology and benefits from cross-jurisdictional expertise delivered by a highly integrated global team of 13,000 people across 50 countries. Peter’s desire to drive positive change extends beyond asset servicing. In 2022, he provided a cornerstone donation to the Apex Foundation, a not-for-profit entity, which supports the environment and climate change; women’s empowerment and economic independence; and education and social mobility.

Andrew Jones

Chief Risk Officer

As Chief Risk Officer, Andrew is responsible for the oversight of risk-taking activities and supporting our effective and efficient management of risk on an enterprise-wide basis. As a member of the executive committee, he is responsible for driving and developing our risk framework, governance, and reporting. Andrew joined us following our acquisition of Sanne in 2019.

Andrew Macklin

General Counsel

Andrew joined us in April 2019 as our global group’s General Counsel. Prior to joining us, he was Head of Legal at Monzo Bank, and previously held senior roles at several prestigious law firms including Latham & Watkins. Andrew has extensive expertise in cross-border M&A and joined us at a critical time of integration following several global acquisitions.

Chris Mulhern

Chief Client Delivery Officer

Chris joined us in October 2017 following the acquisition of Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services. He has over 20 years of experience leading operational strategy within the fund services industry and was brought in to optimise our global organisational and operational framework, and lead the strategic integrations of multiple businesses simultaneously.

Georges Archibald

Chief Commercial Officer

Georges brings over two decades of experience in law, capital markets, and fund administration to his role as Chief Commercial Officer at Apex Group. He is responsible for delivering top- and bottom-line performance across geographies and client and product segments, aligning with key business focus areas and their respective leaders. As a dedicated people leader, Georges drives global business growth internationally and enhances client relationships and revenue streams, as well as offering guidance on company matters across various boards. From Deutsche Bank Alternative Fund Services to Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and now Apex Group, his career reflects a commitment to excellence in financial services.

Helen Wang

Chief AI and Data Science Officer

Helen joined us in 2025 as Chief AI and Data Science Officer. An expert in digital transformation and AI strategy, she has advised on global technology implementation and data innovation across various industries and is deeply committed to driving progress in this field. She also serves as an industry mentor at the Wyss Institute at Harvard University, contributing to global thought leadership in AI, data, and sustainable innovation.

Jeff Weiner

Chief Operating Officer

Jeff joined us in 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in technology, operations, and transformation. He serves as Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining us, Jeff was the President of Commercial Services at Conduent and has held senior leadership roles at Fiserv, Gateway First Bank, Ally, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, and Wells Fargo.

John Amberg

Chief Compliance Officer

John brings over 25 years of experience in compliance, legal, and regulatory affairs. He joined us in 2025 from Northern Trust Corporation, where he served as Global Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, and previously as Deputy General Counsel. He has also held leadership positions at Motorola Solutions, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and Kirkland & Ellis.

Marie Measures

Chief Digital Information Officer

As our Chief Digital Information Officer, Marie is responsible for defining the technology strategy to deliver business goals; driving transformation across our IT functions globally, executing digital innovation, cloud, data, cyber, and modern workplace strategic plans. Marie has 30 years’ experience in technology, with over 20 years being within the finance industry. Throughout her career, Marie has worked for major international institutions, including Group CTO for Sanne Group prior to acquisition by Apex Group, at Coventry Building Society for over four years where she was Chief Information Officer, responsible for building a technology strategy and leading the transformation; and Capital One where she acted as Chief Engineer and was a member of the IT leadership team.

Maxwell Johnston

Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff

Max is currently the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff at Apex. Prior to joining Apex, Max worked at KPMG in both London and Bermuda, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Vikita Patel

Chief Human Resources Officer

Vikita Patel has steered and grown our human resources team since joining us in 2018. Leveraging over a decade of experience within the HR profession in the financial services industry, she has developed the HR agenda to support our strategic priorities, focusing on key areas such as organisational change and culture, HR operations, reward and recognition, talent management, and people analytics.

Christophe Beelaerts

Regional Head of MEIAM

A seasoned international executive, Christophe brings over 30 years of leadership experience across the Middle East, Asia and Europe, with expertise in business development, finance, operations, and strategic transformation. Christophe has a strong track record in driving operational efficiency, developing key partnerships, and leading high-performing teams. Throughout his career, he has successfully expanded market presence, and enhanced client service excellence while ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Prior to joining Apex Group, Christophe held senior leadership positions at BNP Paribas Securities Services, Royal Bank of Canada Dexia, and other financial institutions, where he played a pivotal role in business growth, market expansion, and risk management. He has also built strong connectivity with regulators and financial intermediaries across multiple jurisdictions

Regional Head of Asia Pacific

Nick is Regional Head of Asia Pacific, and a member of the Apex Group Executive Committee. Nick joined as part of Apex Group’s Acquisition of Mainstream Group in 2021 where he was also the Managing Director for the Asia Pacific business. Nick brings extensive knowledge of the funds industry and is responsible for overseeing the business in the region.

Sanjay Vatsa

Regional Head of Americas

As a global business leader Sanjay brings over 25 years’ experience to this position. He previously served as Managing Director at Citi, BlackRock, State Street and Merrill Lynch. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge, having been instrumental in evolving the financial markets across the Americas and internationally, specifically India and Singapore. Sanjay has previously presided as Chairman of multiple industry committees, at Bond Market Association, Asset Management Forum and Securities Industry Association.

Pierre Weimerskirch

Regional Head of Luxembourg

Pierre has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and investment fund industry. As former partner at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg (2002 – 2012), he led the firm’s advisory services for Real Estate and Private Equity funds, prior to which he held managerial positions at Arthur Andersen and Arthur D. Little. Pierre began his career as a Fund and Portfolio Manager for institutional clients with UBS Bank and has a doctorate in Finance (Dr. rer. pol.), University of Trier (Germany); as well as a Master in Economics from the University of Strasbourg (France).

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Navita brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team. Her expertise spans various global markets, with a focus on Europe and Asia. Navita has held numerous senior roles throughout her career, demonstrating a strong track record of driving profit growth and operational excellence.

Azeem Bashir

Chief Information Security Officer

Azeem brings over 25 years of cybersecurity experience across banking, fintech, government, and energy sectors. He has led major transformation programs across EMEAR and APAC, managed responses to critical cyber-attacks, and advised both government and regulatory bodies. His background includes initiatives in blockchain, AI, and threat intelligence. Known for aligning security with business goals and building resilient teams, Azeem’s strengthens our commitment to protecting our people, data, and platforms.

Don Yeisley

Global Head of Transformation

Don leads our delivery and improvement team - focusing on client-driven technology and business process initiatives and improvements. A veteran in the financial services industry with over 30 years’ experience, he has assisted leading firms, such as UBS, HSBC and Bank Leumi, in designing and executing transformational roadmaps. These initiatives focused on structural re-engineering and enhancing technology efficiencies while strengthening controls and streamlining daily production across operations, service, and sales.

Ken Fullerton

Global Head of Operations – Fund Administration

As Global Head of Operations – Fund Administration Ken focusses on leading initiatives that enhance technology and business processes. He brings a wealth of experience with expertise spanning all aspects of fund administration including investor services, fund accounting, and operations across the Americas, Europe, and APAC regions. Prior to joining us, Ken was the Chief Operating Officer at SS&C GlobeOp Fund Administration, where he served for 19 years.

Gary Ayres

Global Head, Client Relationship Management

Gary is a seasoned professional in Alternatives Asset Management operations, with 20 years’ experience in driving business strategy and championing positive change in the financial services industry. He leads our relationship management team globally, and his passion for delivering exceptional client service ensures our clients benefit fully from our single-source solution. Prior to his appointment to Global Head, Client Relationship Management, he was Head of Private Equity for Luxembourg and Operations Director in Jersey sitting on the regulated board. Gary is an experienced board director specialising in private equity, venture, and credit, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA Ireland).

Mirana Cheung

Global Head of Client Solutions and Strategy

Mirana joined us in 2011 and has over 15 years’ experience in leadership within the fund services industry in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and London. As Global Head of Client Solutions and Strategy, Mirana’s focus is on delivering strategic initiatives that enhance client experience, operational effectiveness, and commercial growth. She leads a global team across key functions, including client onboarding and KYC, funds implementation, management information, and pricing. Mirana’s previous roles included Group Deputy CPO & COO and Managing Director for the Greater China business. She is a Certified Accountant in Hong Kong and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Predrag Maletic

Global Head of Product and Operations – Corporate Solutions

Predrag is dedicated to driving operational efficiency, enhancing client delivery, and fostering growth within the Group’s Corporate Solutions division. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, he is an industry veteran known for his strategic insight and innovative approach. Before joining us, Predrag was the Head of Strategy & Innovation at Citco Corporate Solutions, leading strategic growth and transformation initiatives. Previously, he held the position of Head of Strategic Growth and Development at TMF Group, and during his first tenure at Citco, he occupied several senior roles including Head of Capital Markets Europe, Co-Head of Private Equity & Real Estate Europe, and Managing Director of the Dutch office.

Regina Gannon

Global Chief Business Development Officer

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Regina has a remarkable track record of driving growth through advisory-based relationships with institutional clients. Her extensive expertise spans capital markets, investor services, investment management, risk management, and fundraising across both traditional and alternative asset classes. Before joining us in 2025, Regina served as Managing Director and Head of BlackRock’s Private Credit Investor Relations/Product Strategy team. Previously, she was head of BlackRock’s Aladdin Client Business in the Americas leading Client Engagement across Insurance Companies, Pensions, Asset Managers, Foundations and Endowments. Her career includes senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, UBS Investment Bank, and Merrill Lynch. Regina holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Reyer Kooy

Global Head of Operations – Digital Products

Reyer brings extensive experience in blue-chip banks, asset management, fintech, and fund administration. As a specialist in business and sales management, strategy, operations, and governance, he is passionate about enhancing financial markets through digitisation. Prior to joining us, he spent 11 years as an Managing Director at DWS Group, and Head of Institutional Liquidity Management, EMEA/APAC. He was concurrently a Board Director for DWS' Money Market Fund and also Board Director and Chairman for the Institutional Money Market Fund Association (IMMFA) over nine years. Reyer has also held roles at Credit Suisse and JP Morgan.

Rhea Hood

Global Head of Client Engagement

With over 25 years' experience in financial services, Rhea leads our client experience oversight and engagement initiatives as Global Head of Client Engagement. She joined us when we acquired Sanne Group PLC, where she held various senior leadership roles in client relationship management and alternative asset servicing since 2014. Her experience spans both onshore and offshore financial services, including regulatory and operational business integration and fund administration for closed-ended collective investment schemes. Rhea is a fellow of the Association of Chartered & Certified Accountants.

Rosie Guest

Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

Rosie is a dynamic marketer experienced in scaling brand and marketing strategy and has led our global marketing and communications function for over 10 years, with a focus on innovation and integrating marketing as a strategic partner to the business. She is named in both Financial Narrative’s top 50 Marketers and Marketing Week’s top 10 Financial Services Marketers and has won several awards, including 'Marketing Leader of the Year 2023'. Rosie is passionate about driving diversity of thought and improving gender balance in the financial services industry and founded the Group’s Women’s Accelerator Program in 2022, which has since supported over 700 women globally in developing their careers. Rosie is a Chartered Marketer and member of the Forbes Communications Council.

Richard Murray

Global Head of Client Delivery Experience

Richard drives strategic initiatives focused on enhancing client service delivery and engagement. He has 25 years of extensive experience across fund services and investment banking, where he has held business management and strategy leadership positions. Richard brings a multi-disciplinary approach, leveraging his expertise from business development, product development, client relationship management, operations, and finance roles at Sanne, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and KPMG.

Zion Hilelly

Chief Product Officer

Zion leads the transformation of our product team, focusing on driving product innovation, accountability, and P&L. His extensive experience spans business strategy, commercial planning, operations management, organisational leadership, and culture creation. Before joining us, Zion was the Head of Operations and Managed Services at S&P Global, where he oversaw multiple industry-leading investment management solutions. Zion is also a BlackRock veteran, having worked at the asset manager for over 20 years from its early days. As a Managing Director, he was pivotal in launching, developing, and leading many of the post-trade products and capabilities of BlackRock’s flagship Aladdin platform.
